My Pillow CEO Lindell Announces Lawsuit Against U.S. Government After FBI Seizes His Phone

by Madeleine Hubbard

My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell, a close ally of former President Donald Trump, announced Thursday that he is suing the U.S. government and the FBI after he said agents seized his phone earlier this week.

Lindell said the lawsuit “isn’t just to get the phone back,” but he filed it because his “First, Fourth and Fifth Amendment rights were broken.”

The FBI seized Lindell’s phone Tuesday while he was at a Hardee’s drive-thru in Minnesota, the MyPillow CEO said. The search appeared to be related to a plan involving 2020 election equipment data.

Lindell told Real America’s Voice on Thursday that he is being represented by “some of the best attorneys in the country,” including liberal constitutional scholar and Harvard Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz.

“We’re going to go to places no man has gone before” through the lawsuit, Lindell said. “This will set a precedent. This has to stop.”
