Arizona County Refuses to Certify Election, Could Face Potential Lawsuit

by Charlotte Hazard

The Cochise County Board of Supervisors in Arizona voted 2-1 to delay the certification of the 2022 election results Monday, which may result in a lawsuit from the state.

Arizona’s deadline for counties to certify election results is November 28 and Cochise County may be sued for missing the deadline. The Board of Supervisors is scheduled to have another meeting Friday and has demanded the state of Arizona prove that voter tabulation machines were certified for accuracy, local media reports.

“The Secretary will use all available legal remedies to compel compliance with Arizona law and protect voters’ right to have their votes counted,” said Secretary of State spokesperson Sophia Solis, according to KOLD News 13.

“The Secretary of State’s Office provided supporting documentation that confirmed Cochise County’s election equipment was properly certified,” Solis continued. “The Board of Supervisors had all of the information they needed to certify this election and failed to uphold their responsibility for Cochise voters.”

Other counties such as Navajo County voted to certify the election after the county attorney told the Board of Supervisors that a lawsuit could happen if they didn’t.

Maricopa County held a Board of Supervisors meeting where many residents urged the county not to certify the election due to all the irregularities and problems that occurred on Election Day. However, the county voted to certify the election results on Monday.

According to a report filed with the Arizona attorney general’s office, many ballots were rejected by tabulators and spoiled.

Good for Cochise County. Personally, I feel there was a lot of election fraud taking place and not reported. All the vote counting machines going on the fritz, all at the same time? Some votes being counted more than once? Some votes not being counted? Those things simply had to be planned and done by the so-called democrats who “won” just about everything in Arizona. Put with that the fact that Cochise County is a hotbed of socialists (either communists or fascists) who represent themselves as democrats. Also, that area is obviously the most populated area in the state. Many years ago I heard a USSR leader say their motto was attack from within. Looking at what’s happened to our government, not to mention our entire country, attacking from within is exactly what’s happening here and now.

I am in total support of the decision of the Cochise County Board of Supervisors. As a longtime Cochise County resident, I am fed up with election stealing by scumbag Democrats, and in particular with Hobbs. She won Arizona’s governorship just like crime lord BiDung won the presidency. It’s the leftist, marxist, demoncrat way: cheat, lie, steal!

I REALLY like the way you spell our “Fearless leader’s” name.

They need to rehold the election with working tabulators or ballots that can be counted
